This policy explains what personal data the Eva Visual Media website collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Who we are
The data controller is [Company / sole trader name], registered at [address], tax ID [CUI]. For any question about your data, write to contact@evavisualmedia.ro.
What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the project details you send (service, field, event date, estimated budget, message). To protect against abuse, the server temporarily records the IP address the form is sent from.
Why we use it
- to reply to your request and send you a quote — legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a));
- to protect the website against spam — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for at most 24 months after our last communication, then deleted. If we work together, the data needed for the contract is kept as required by law (e.g. tax obligations).
Where it is stored and who can access it
Data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider, Hostinger, in the European Union. Emails are sent through the same provider's email service. Only Eva Visual Media has access.
External content
Videos on this site are hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram or TikTok and only load when you press “play”. When playing, that platform may collect data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The site only uses strictly necessary cookies: one that remembers your chosen language and, for the administrator, the dashboard login cookie. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of them, write to the address above; we reply within 30 days.
If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP — www.dataprotection.ro.
